Booking a call
Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Either side can cancel or reschedule.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name, in your own account. The website project transfers to you once the final invoice is paid and the notice period ends.
Scope and changes
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is carried out, never billed as a surprise.
Client work
Builds, plans and Hosting run under the Client Services Agreement you sign with your Order Form. It covers payment, notice and ownership in full. Every plan is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We promise scope, speed and accessibility; nobody can honestly promise rankings, calls or leads, so we don’t.
